Rakennus on nyt avoinna, koska esittelemme Kanttilan korjaushankkeen suunnitelmia, pyrimme saamaan hankkeelle rahoitusta ja edistämme taiteen ja tieteen tulevaisuutta.

Huomioithan, että Kanttila on ollut tyhjillään jo vuosia eikä rakennuksessa ole ilmastointia. Kanttilan korjausremontti pääsee alkamaan, kun rahoitus ratkeaa.
Tapahtuma on osa Kanttilan kesä -pelastetaan Kanttila – tapahtumasarjaa.

The building is open right now so that we can share our plans for Kanttila’s renovation and work towards securing funding for the project.
Kanttila will soon offer

- the Minna Salon – a visitor centre telling the story of voting rights, freedom of speech and equality

- workspaces for artists, scientists and organisations.

Please note that Kanttila has stood empty for several years and the building currently has no air conditioning. Renovation work will begin once funding for the project is secured.

What do you think about the plans? By responding, you can make an impact! You can answer the survey completely anonymously. If you wish, you may leave your contact information at the end of the survey to participate in a prize draw organized by Minna Canth House Association, in which 5 Minna cakes will be raffled among respondents.
The survey takes approximately five (5) minutes to complete.
The survey is part of a design thesis at Savonia University of Applied Sciences. Responses will be analyzed anonymously. The project is commissioned by Minna Canth House Association.
Vuoden 2026 kannattajajäsenmaksut
Kannattajajäsenmaksut vuonna 2026 ovat:
- 20 € henkilöjäsenille
- 10 € opiskelijoille
- 200 € yhteisöille ( tai valitsemasi summa)

Kanttilan korjaushanketta voi tukea maksamalla jäsenmaksun lisäksi myös pitämällä hanketta näkyvillä, vinkkaamalla uusia kannattajajäseniä sekä allekirjoittamalla adressin.

Esittely sisältää tietoa Minna Canthista, Kanttilasta ja korjaushankkeesta. Esittely alkaa Kanttilan 1. kerroksen esittelytilassa ja sisältää videoita.
Sen jälkeen kierretään koko Kanttilan rakennus.
Esittelyn kesto noin 1 h.
